Structure
UPGC operates as a not-for-profit company, responsible for managing the supply chain system for all existing and future KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell restaurants across Canada. We are a Canadian-owned and operated company, governed by an elected Board of Directors. This eight-member board is comprised of six franchisees and two franchisor representatives. The Board was formed in such a manner that it is able to effectively protect the interests of franchisees and licensees. Currently, three franchisees represent KFC, two franchisees represent Pizza Hut, and one franchisee represents Taco Bell. YUM! Brands Canada appoints two YUM! representatives to sit on the board.
