UPGC is responsible for managing the supply chain system for all KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell restaurants across Canada. We are a Canadian-owned and operated company, governed by an elected Board of Directors. This eight-member board is comprised of six franchisees and two franchisor representatives. The Board was formed in such a manner that it is able to effectively protect the interests of franchisees. Currently, three franchisees represent KFC, two franchisees represent Pizza Hut, and one franchisee represents Taco Bell. YUM! Brands Canada appoints two board representatives.
